I already have a website or a domain name. Is that OK?
Yes. Your new website is delivered in 72h on a temporary address, then we connect it to your domain: you add two lines in its settings by following our guide, without giving us any password, and your email addresses don’t change. We can also reuse the content of your old website.
Is the domain name included?
You pick it in the questionnaire, which shows available names and their prices live. With the Business plan, one domain per website is included up to €15 a year excl. VAT, which covers most .com, .net and .eu names. With the Essentiel plan, you pay for the domain at its real price: its first year is added to your first invoice, then its renewal to your invoice in the anniversary month, every year. The domain is always registered in your name. You can also use a domain you already own, at no cost.
Will I get an email address on my domain?
Yes. With a new domain, an address like contact@your-domain.com is included: messages arrive in your usual inbox (Gmail, Outlook…). For a real business mailbox in your name, allow about €7 excl. VAT a month per address with Google Workspace, paid directly to Google: we handle the settings. If your current domain already has email addresses, they keep working.
What if the website isn’t what I imagined?
A full round of revisions is included. If you really don’t like the first version, we redo it.
Can I edit my website myself?
Yes, as soon as it's live. From your client area, you change your text, photos, links, services or questions by clicking directly on them, then publish. You can also write your request in the chat: it's applied straight away. Layout changes go through our team, using the changes included every month.
I have no text or photos. Is that a problem?
No. We write your text from the questionnaire and use professional photos suited to your trade.
Essentiel or Business: what’s the difference?
Essentiel: one complete page to be found and contacted. Business: up to 5 pages, a page per service, your Google Business Profile and more changes every month.
Do I own the website? Can I cancel?
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. You cancel online from your customer area: any time with no commitment, or at the end of the 12 months with a commitment. After 12 paid months of subscription, with or without a commitment, you can also take your website files with you.
How do referrals work?
Your code is in your confirmation email and in your customer area. The person you refer enters it when ordering and pays 50% less for their first month. Once they’ve paid their second month, your free months are credited: 1 month for the first referral, then 2, 4, 5 and a full year at the fifth.
When do the 72h start?
As soon as we receive your completed questionnaire and your payment. The deadline is counted in working hours: weekends and public holidays don’t count.
