Data collected
- Your identity and contact details: surname, first name, email, phone number.
- Information about your business: name, SIRET, address, trade, service area, opening hours.
- The content of your future website: texts, services, prices, logo, photos, reviews.
- Your billing data. Payment is processed by Stripe: we never have access to your card number.

Information intended to be published on your website (phone number, address, opening hours…) becomes public once the website is live, with your consent.
Who has access to it
The Tadaa team and our technical service providers, solely for the purposes of the service:
- Vercel (website hosting and storage of uploaded files), United States;
- GitHub (storage of questionnaire answers and website content), United States;
- Stripe (payment and subscription), Ireland and United States;
- Meta Platforms Ireland (measuring our ads, only if you accept advertising cookies), Ireland and United States.
Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
Cookies
Only with your consent, the website uses the Meta pixel to know whether a visit, a started order or a purchase comes from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads. If you accept and place an order, our server also sends Meta the purchase (amount, order identifier, irreversibly encrypted email address, IP address and browser) for the same purpose. This choice is kept for 6 months and can be changed at any time with the Cookies link. The website uses no audience measurement tool. Your browser keeps a draft of your questionnaire answers so that you can resume later; it is deleted once submitted. A technical cookie remembers the language you have chosen for the website. The Stripe payment page sets the cookies necessary for payment security.
Your rights
You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its use, object to its use or obtain a copy of it, by writing to hello@mytadaa.com. We reply within one month. If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
