Connect your domain name

You keep your domain where it is. You just add two lines in its settings: 5 minutes, without giving us any password.

1. Find out who your domain is with

It’s the company you pay for your domain every year (GoDaddy, IONOS, Namecheap…). Search your emails or invoices for “domain name” or “renewal”. Can’t find it? Write to us and we’ll check for you.

2. Open the DNS settings

Sign in to your account with that provider, then:

GoDaddy
My Products → Domains → your domain → DNS → “Add New Record”.
IONOS
Domains & SSL → the gear icon next to your domain → DNS → “Add record”.
Namecheap
Domain List → Manage → Advanced DNS → “Add New Record”.
Blacknight
cp.blacknight.com → Domains → your domain → DNS → “Add record”.
123 Reg
Control panel → your domain → Manage DNS → Advanced DNS.
Squarespace (formerly Google Domains)
Domains → your domain → DNS settings → Custom records.
Hostinger
Domains → your domain → Manage → DNS / Nameservers.

Labels may vary slightly from screen to screen.

3. Add these two lines

Line 1
Type A · Name / host: @ (or leave empty) · Value / target: 76.76.21.21
Line 2
Type CNAME · Name / host: www · Value / target: cname.vercel-dns.com

If there is already an A record on “@” or a record on “www” (often from your old website), edit it with these values rather than adding a second one. Also delete any AAAA records on “@” and “www”: otherwise some visitors would still see the old website. Domain on Cloudflare: keep the cloud grey (“DNS only”).

Don’t touch the MX and TXT records: those are for your email addresses. If you follow this guide, your email keeps working as normal.

4. Let us know

Reply to our email or write to hello@mytadaa.com: “done”. The change takes from a few minutes to 24 hours. We check it, turn on the https padlock and confirm when you’re live.

Not comfortable doing it? Tell us: we’ll do it together over screen share in 10 minutes. Never send us your password.
